Meet Our Founders
Jonas Trusbak
Founder
Jonas brings over 10 years of international manufacturing experience, having worked across 5 different countries and led operations in Germany, China, and France. As a former Plant Manager at Prysmian, he successfully set up and managed two greenfield factories, bringing deep expertise in both traditional manufacturing and digital transformation.
With a B.Eng. in Global Business Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) and additional studies at San Francisco State University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Jonas combines technical excellence with international business acumen.
Bjarke Lüthi Svenningsen
Founder
Bjarke is an experienced project manager with many years of responsibility for complex construction and industrial projects. He has both run his own business and led major projects for some of the country's most recognized companies.
Known for reliable management of time, budget, and quality—as well as a strong network across contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Works database-driven and practically, with a focus on operationally reliable solutions.
